Welcome Chef Pickett!

Christy's Catering welcomes corporate chef Charles Pickett.

In November, 2000, Charles Pickett was hired as corporate chef. "We are doing this to better serve the competitive business environment," Christy said. "We want people to know how diversified we are." Pickett came to Christy's from the Palmer House in Chicago and has studied in Florence and Paris.
